An observer may wonder at the tiny monkeys antics that look as though he's gouging a hole in a tree. In fact, that is exactly what he's trying to do. His long incisor teeth and small canine teeth are perfect for the job. A large portion of the Pigmy Marmosets diet is tree sap. These omnivorous creatures eat other things as well, including fruits, vegetation, small reptiles and insects.
